UPON DISCOVERY OF ANY MAINTENANCE NEED:
1) Please call the FMC Customer Service Department at 248-848-3537. This is where all service requests are logged in and the proper personnel
are dispatched. Your request will be handled within 24 hours.
2) You may fax your request to the FMC Customer Service Department at 248-848-4199 using the Maintenance Service Request form located in the “Forms” section of this binder.
3) You may email your request to email@example.com.
Please do not stop the day porter or maintenance engineer with specific, verbal requests for work within your suite. Please make all requests to the FMC Customer Service Department so that all calls can be logged and requests can be prioritized.It is imperative that we are notified of any maintenance need as soon as it is discovered. This will assist us in responding to your requests in a timely manner. For after hours emergencies, please call 248-683-8303 and you will be directed to our answering service line that will allow you to reach someone promptly.
